About the event
We invite all parents to join us for group discussions, mini-massages with Two Roads Wellness, memorial art projects, opportunities for kayaking/walking the property, lunch + care packages provided, gentle grief yoga and breathwork with It's In Your Head. (Cost $50/person; $85/couple).
What can you expect during a retreat at Luella's Lodge?
Group discussions: Being with other bereaved parents allows for a special connection and a chance to share our wonderful children. During the retreat, you will have an opportunity to participate in several whole group and small group discussions, meditation and relaxation through Yoga and other methods, memorial projects and exploration of the outdoors. The lodge sits on 10 private acres with a small private lake, and there are kayaks and hiking trails to enjoy nature, allowing for self-reflection and meditation.
